The project was a major refurbishment of the existing grade 1 listed medieval Guildhall in Coventry for Coventry City Council. Greenway supported the wider design to develop the M&E services refurbishment. The challenges surrounded assuring complimentary design to the listed building whilst still trying to achieve a contemporary M&E solution to the space. The project included LED lighting technology throughout and the medieval hall was provided with new underfloor heating services as part of the refurbishment works in this area. The project also included the provision of a new commercial kitchen to better support events to be provided at the newly refurbished building.
