The project involved the decommissioning of the existing Cath Lab and provision of new onsite at Warwick Hospital. The representatives of the trust desired that the project explore de carbonisation options as an example moving forward. The scheme was developed to incorporate Air Source Heat Pumps as the main source of heat for heating and domestic hot water to the project, a movement away from the existing natural gas stock utilised elsewhere onsite.

The project was technically demanding and required considerate coordination between all elements, fabric, structural, services.
