The project involved the construction of a new Neuro Rehab Facility for SWFT. The project was completed to achieve BREEAM Excellent Accreditation. The project incorporated the mixture of solutions such as Natural Ventilation via roof mount turrets. Air Source Heat Pumps for heating services. On each floor, specialist mechanical ventilation was provided for isolation suites to help respond and improve resilience following the global COVID 19 pandemic. The project was designed compliant to relevant HTM and HBN guidance.
