Our staff pride themselves on keeping their technical skills and industry knowledge fresh and current. All staff attend regular CPD (Continuing learning development) sessions to enhance their understanding of the ever-changing world of building services.

We encourage all staff to be registered with CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme) and provide enhanced DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) checks due to the sectors we work in.

Greenway & Partners Ltd hold the following accreditations:

• ACE (Association of Consulting Engineers)
• CHAS

Members of the team hold the following accreditations:

• CIBSE (Chartered Institution of Building Services Engineers)
• BREEAM
• IET (Institution of Engineering and Technology)
• Institute of Lighting Professionals

We are also a registered company with BRE for the preparation of SAP and SBEM calculations and are authorised to prepare energy performance certificates (EPC’s).

We provide designs that conform to the relevant legislation, British Standards, client specific standards and comply with the requirements on the ”Designer” as defined in the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations.
